Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter (AutoCAD)

Position: Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter
Salary: $2,800 - $4,000
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
Office Location: Mandai Estate

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
• Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
• Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in quantity surveying
• Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD
