Understand new projects, and prepare shop drawings.
Liaising with clients to ensure the accuracy of drawing and appliances placements
Following up with ongoing projects to check on the quality of work done
Following up with ongoing projects to ensure clearance of necessary submissions by the Executive Engineer
Visiting sites for meetings with clients or to evaluate site progress
Preparing as-built drawings for finished projects
Assisting Executive Engineer to finalized billing invoice for the client
Responsibilities are not restricted or limited to the above mentioned, as we worked as a team, there will be times when we need to assist each other.
Location & Commitments
Full-time position based in the HQ (30 Mandai Estate, Singapore 729918)
Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays)
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Saturday, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (Alternate Saturdays)
No overtime compensation for working after 6.00 pm on weekdays
Overtime on weekends (after 1.00 pm on Saturday) may be required (compensation given)
Candidate Requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD
Competence in tracking deadlines, and using MS Office (Word, Excel)
Fresh graduates from NITEC/ HIGHER Nitec/ Polytechnics are welcome
Willingness to learn and growth
Team player who is able to work as a team and support the team
Previous experience in a construction firm would be a plus point
