Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning):
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations, including price comparison and cost analysis.
- Identify and raise tender queries/design discrepancies for clarification.
- Manage tender correspondences, addendums, and updates to tender documents.
- Assist in compiling tender submissions, including qualifications and supporting documents.
- Carry out other quantity surveying duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 1-3 years of experience in main building tenders.
- Strong ability to read specifications and building drawings.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with CostX/Glodon is an advantage.
- Meticulous, independent, good communication skills, and a strong team player.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 +VB (1-2 Months)
- Working Location: City Hall
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
