Duties & Responsibilities include:
- To carry out taking off quantities
- To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis
- Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification
- Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents
- To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification and
- To perform other QS duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Fresh graduate/ 1-3 years working experience related to main building tenders
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with digital softwares (ie Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal and
- Meticulous, independent with good communicative skills and a team player.
