Quantity Surveyor (Cost Management Department) 6012
Salary: $3,600 - $4,500
Location: City Hall, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities
. Compile and verify monthly cost reports against project projections, including variance analysis with proper justification
. Study project requirements and forecast potential additional costs based on projections
. Ensure payment and cost allocations are aligned with specific work items
. Review and monitor monthly closing of POs and site cost projections
. Track and monitor site expenses across all trades
. Call for quotations from vendors/subcontractors and prepare comparison sheets
. Conduct quantity take-offs based on drawings (manual measurement or using CostX or similar software)
. Manage quotation processes for ongoing works by trade
. Track variation order (VO) lists and compute expected project profit
. Support negotiation of final accounts with vendors and subcontractors
