Key Responsibilities
- Assist in pre-contract activities including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, tender submissions, and evaluation.
- Manage post-contract work such as progress payments, variation orders, cost control, and final accounts.
- Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure contract administration is compliant with SIA or REDAS Design & Build Conditions.
- Participate in project meetings and provide cost and contractual advice to project teams.
- Monitor project budgets, prepare cost reports, and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to verify quantities, pricing, and claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines.
- Experience handling both pre- and post-contract stages, with stronger exposure to post-contract work.
- Well-versed in SIA or REDAS Design & Build Conditions used in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
