Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience in Archi Works / construction projects to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience as QS

• Able to take off quantities and prepare cost calculations for Archi Works works

• Familiar with site construction procedures and workflow

• Able to coordinate with site teams and subcontractors

• Detail-oriented and responsible

• Basic knowledge of Excel and standard measurement methods

Job Scope:

• Measurement and quantity take-off for renovation projects

• Preparing quotations and cost breakdowns

• Monitoring project costs and variations

• Liaising with site supervisors and project team
