- Position: Quantity Surveyor (Construction/Tender)
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working hours: 5.5 Days -Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.3am-12.30pm - only standby at home for urgent matters
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 days annual leave

Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission and Bill of Quantity
- Establish database for costs, materials and supply sources.
- To calculate the cost of construction for a projects (Pre-contract) based om the drawings and documents.
- To assist in the assessment of all contractual claims, work progress, etc.
- To invite sub-contractors of various trades to submit quotations for the projects and evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the Sub-Con.
- Preparation of project budgets, reports and cost estimation.
- Monitor budget and keep track of direct costs on projects.
- To resolve any outstanding claim issues on Final Accounts and Variation Orders promptly
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in QS course or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in similar industry.
