Quantity Surveyor (Construction/A1 Maincon) (YS81)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate material take-offs, labor projections, and overall budget estimates during the pre-construction phase.

• Draft tender documents, analyze vendor bids, and help negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Track project expenses, evaluate site progress, and manage cost-value reconciliations (CVR) to prevent budget overruns.

• Manage contractual claims, evaluate variations, and process interim payment valuations through to settling the final account.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering or other related courses
