Quantity Surveyor

Description:

• Involvement/responsible in the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of the projects.
• Preparation of cost plan & cost estimate, taking-off & measurement.
• Prepare payment claim, variation, and final account.
• Prepare tender & contract documentation, tender analysis & reporting.
• Shortlist of suitable suppliers and sub-contractors, timely award out.
• Attendance project & site meeting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE certificate in Quantity Surveying/Building or higher qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in technologies and digitization in QS.
• Familiar with Autocad software.
• Bilingual is preferred.
