Quantity Surveyor (Commerical Fit out/ interior/ Central/ 5.5K / tender or project)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform sales support role and respond to customer inquiries via email/phone
• Obtain specifications from clients/designers and calculate or measure quantities from floorplan drawing
• Prepare samples and quotations. Prepare tender submissions.
  Or working on full project cycle with VO, claims, final accounts.
• Follow up with clients on quotation orders
• Manage invoicing

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Must have Experience in Commerical ID Projects or HDB projects in Singapore. We are looking for 2 headcounts
• Location: Central, Walking distance from MRT
