. Take off quantities and participate in private and public project tenders
. Assess and submit monthly progressive claims and recommend subcontractors monthly progress payments.
. Certify and evaluate progress work done, including contract administration for variations for both main contract and subcontract works
. Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to award contracts, process including evaluation, comparison, and recommendation
. Monitor records and manage all correspondences, meeting minutes, and variation orders relevant to the Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
. Prepare method of statement and work procedure
. Assist the project team in-coordination with consultants safety personnel regarding safety related matters
. Do awarding of subcontracts and preparation of subcontracts-related documents
. Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production
. Finalise the main contract and subcontract's final account.
Requirement:
. Candidate must possess a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or equivalent
. Minimum 4 years of local working experience in the construction industry
. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit will be an advantage
. Well-versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore
. Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player
. Meticulous in work and analytical skills in problem-solving
