Review drawings, take off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities.
Liaise with the construction team & design team to prepare documents for Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Source for potential sub-contractors & suppliers and send out invitations for RFQs.
Organise, compare, analyse and prepare reports for quotations received.
Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage including arranging and attending for meetings.
Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in preparation of tender submission.
Coordinate post-tender interviews between tenderers, construction team, QS team and contracts team.
Assist QS Manager / Contracts Manager in quantity measurements and cost estimates for administration of sub-contracts, price comparation and negotiation.
Prepare contract documents for awarded sub-contractors & suppliers.
Performing contract administration including but not limiting to valuation of payments and variation claims and settlement of final account with sub-contractors and suppliers in accordance to contract requirements.
Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Tender experience is preferred.
Experience in building, HDB, condominium projects, or projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature, will be an advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and time management skills.
Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
Able to work independently with minimum guidance in fast paced environment.
