Job Summary
Manage quantity surveying tasks including progress claims, variation orders, and cost estimation to support competitive tender submissions and project execution in construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts, and Sub-contractor Progress Claims to ensure accurate financial tracking of projects
- Perform quantity take-offs and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to support cost estimation
- Provide detailed estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive pricing for tender submissions
- Develop and manage construction schedules, method statements, and temporary plans to ensure timely project delivery
- Source and liaise effectively with site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and architects to coordinate project-related matters
- Execute additional duties as required to complete project works successfully
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Quantity Surveying, or Facilities/Building-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD software applications

- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, independence, high motivation, results orientation, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Availability to start work immediately is advantageous
- Willingness to work at Tuas South area
