About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Key responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Evaluate quotations and recommend subcontractor appointments.
Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Administer contracts, progress claims, and variation orders.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Verify subcontractor claims and final accounts.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
About you
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Good knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
