- Prepared and submitted accurate monthly progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts, ensuring timely approval and cash flow management.
- Successfully sourced, liaised, and negotiated with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive quotations and meet project requirements within budget.
- Managed subcontractors progress claims and final accounts, maintaining fairness and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinated with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on claims, variation orders (VO), and contractual matters to resolve issues promptly.
- Followed up diligently on payment responses and collections from consultants and clients, reducing delays in payment cycles.
- Assisted in tender processes by preparing measurement sheets, quantity take-offs, and quotation calls, contributing to accurate cost estimation.
- Adapted to additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and reliability in supporting project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in main construction companies
- Good command in both written, spoken in English & able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Experience in Bored Pilling will be an added advantage
