1) Take off quantities and prepare costing and budget for project.
2) Sourcing for sub-contractors and supplier and negotiate price with them .
3) Submission of progressive claim and variation of orders to the client.
4) Evaluate and certifty subcontractor's claim .
5) Prepare profit ans loss & final account for project.
6) Attend Site meeting / Consultant meeting / Technical meeting
7) Preparing ISO document
8) Doing tender / handling project
9) Assist manage to prepare paper work
Working hour : Mon- fri - 9 am to 6 pm
Sat 9 am to 1 pm (half-day)
