Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual correspondence to ensure claims notifications are submitted promptly within contractual deadlines
• Prepare and submit progress payment claims on schedule and monitor certification status to secure timely payments
• Compile and finalize project accounts accurately and to ensure completeness
• Verify and measure completed works accurately to ensure proper valuation and compliance with contract terms
• Monitor claims submissions to ensure timely notification as per contract requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Quantity Surveyor in the Construction sector
• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office application.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
