Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor personnel to join our team. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong understanding and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Contract administration/ quantity take-off/ cost evaluation/ preparation of tender documents
• Calling of tender/ quotation/ purchases
• Preparation of progress claims/ finalise accounts/ other miscellaneous works
• Any other project / departmental matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QS
• With relevant Diploma or similar qualification
• Hardworking, meticulous and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Navision System would be advantageous
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
