QUANTITY SURVEYOR

i) Prepare tender document, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation
ii) Price/ forecast the cost of the different material need for the project
iii) Track changes to the design and/ or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
iv) Procure or agree the service of contractors and/ or subcontractors who work on the construction project
v) Measure and value the work done on site
vi) Liase with the client and other construction professionals, such as site manegers, project managers and site engineers
vii) Select and/ or source construction materials
viii) Develop a risk management implementation plan
