Job Description

Job Duties

Manage the commercial & contractual terms of construction projects from tender to post contract including preparation of tenders, review contract documents, quantities take-off, variation orders, cost estimates, monthly claims, and final accounts

Work closely with Project Manager and Contracts Manager in preparing monthly project costings

Visiting the construction site regularly to ensure safety measures are observe

Tendering, procurement, contract administration, final account, project coordination

Other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

. Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.

. 3 to 5 years relevant experience with the contractors.

. Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.

. Detailed, with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline.
