Quantity Surveyor

Our firm is expanding and seeking for Quantity Surveyor to support the QS department. Potential candidate with experience will be an added advantage.

1. Involve from pre-tender to post-contract stages.
2. Preparing contract documents, working on quantities, taking off measurement, providing costing, estimates and managing cost information.
3. Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts.
4. Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement.
5. Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors.
6. Price comparison and costing summary.
7. Involve in tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments.
