Responsibilities:
- Take off quantities for tender and awarded projects
- Preparation of quotation, cost estimation and proposal
- Sourcing of materials and suppliers
- Sample Board preparation
- Submission of progress claims and site valuations
- Liaise with Main-contractors, subcontractors and site personnel
- Conducting Risk Assessment and preparing Method of Statement
- Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Architectural Trade
- Proficient in Ms Office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
- Knowledge of project management system or ERP will be an advantage
- Must be able to communicate in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage as we have many chinese speaking associates
- Meticulous and organized
- Independent, a team player, and able to work under tight timeline
