Job Description:
- Position: Quantity Surveyor (ACMV) / Contracts Executive
- Well-established Singapore ACMV Engineering SME
- 5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000
- Entitled to Variable Performance Bonuses
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Outpatient Medical Benefits Provided

- Industry: Engineering Services (ACMV - Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and cost reports manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on project specifications and requirements.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Review tender drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Source and evaluate suitable subcontractors to meet project needs.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Prepare monthly progress claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying, tendering or contract administration within the construction, M&E or ACMV industry.
- Knowledge of preparing tender submissions, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, progress claims, and contract documentation.
- Able to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and cost management skills.
