We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents for renovation projects.
- Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in negotiation to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct site measurements and progress valuations.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, material usage, and cost control throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure alignment on cost and work scope.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in renovation, fit-out, or construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and costing software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under tight timelines.
- Team player with initiative and a positive attitude.
