Quantity Surveyor (6 Months Contract)

Job Summary:

• As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and managing project claims.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager
• Prepare tender submission handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a contractor
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior position
• Meticulous and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proactive team player who can work independently and under tight deadlines
