Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for MEP projects.
- Review design drawings and tender documents to determine material quantities.
- Recommend cost-saving options through value engineering.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Review and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Handle project correspondence, variations, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
