- Key Responsibilities
- Lead tender preparation and submission for public sector projects on GeBIZ, Sesami, Ariba Etc
- Review ITT, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and pricing sheets.
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotes.
- Perform risk and margin analysis before submission.
- Manage post-award contracts: payment claims, VO submissions, EOT claims.
- Maintain updated costing database (labour, materials, subcontractors)
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers on contract matters
- Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Min. 7-10 years of experience, preferably with GeBIZ / HDB / LTA / PUB projects.
- Strong knowledge of SIA, PSSCOC, and BCA contract conditions.
- Good negotiation skills with suppliers/subcontractors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
