Location: Tuas, Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence with internal and external teams regarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges and early settlement of disputes/claims.
- Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations
- Support the evaluation and communication of project variations
- Assist with valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments
- Assist with contract administration and settlement of contractual disputes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Atleast 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
- Strong expertise in commercial management, cost control, and contract administration.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a focus on driving project profitability and business success.
