QUANTITY SURVEY MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and project budgets for renovation and interior works.

- Carry out quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Evaluate and compare material and subcontractor prices.

- Monitor project costs and ensure works are within the approved budget.

- Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.

- Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements when required.

- Maintain proper project costing and documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building or related field.

- Relevant experience in renovation, interior fit-out or construction industry preferred.

- Able to read drawings and perform quantity take-off.

- Knowledge of construction materials and costing.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
