Quantitative Traders

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage short to medium-term trading strategies
• Monitor real-time trading performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Leverage Python or C++ for signal development, strategy backtesting, and automation
• Collaborate with team members to refine models and improve risk-adjusted returns
• Maintain high awareness of market conditions, news, and microstructure dynamics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in traditional financial markets/trading
• Strong programming skills in Python or C++
• Aggressive, self-motivated mindset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience in crypto trading is a strong plus
• Strong interest in blockchain or digital assets (interest level will be evaluated)
