Job Title: Quant Trader / Quant Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Quant Trader/Developer with proven experience in designing and executing high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies. The ideal candidate will have exposure to US or European markets (priority for US) and a strong track record in systematic trading.
This role is based in Singapore, and the firm offers a comprehensive relocation package, making it an excellent opportunity for top global talent to move to one of the worlds leading financial hubs. While prior crypto experience is a plus, it is not mandatory, and we welcome candidates with the ability to trade across digital assets and adapt strategies to new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute systematic trading strategies with holding periods in seconds (true HFT).
- Leverage expertise in market making and electronic trading to generate consistent alpha.
- Manage the full trading lifecycle: research, coding, backtesting, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine strategies and improve profitability.
- Clearly articulate trading performance metrics, including returns and alpha generation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in strategy design, development, and execution.
- Prior exposure to market making or liquidity provision strategies.
- Strong preference for candidates with systematic strategy backgrounds; discretionary or long-horizon strategies (hours/days/months) are not suitable.
- Experience trading in US or European markets; crypto trading experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain alpha sources and performance metrics.
- Highly self-motivated, curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
