What You Will Be Doing
- Working closely with research, trading and other quant devs to build and maintain our trading architecture
- Develop, implement and deploy trading scripts
- Lead and grow the quantitative team
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related Quantitative field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in trading and market microstructure
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Pythonrequired, strong additional experience in C++ preferred
- Strong experience with WebSocket, low latency infrastructures, data stream flows/fill orders required
- Understanding of digital assets trading and blockchain
- CEX and DEX experience preferred
