About the Role

This role is a core trading infrastructure engineer at the heart of a market-making system, combining low-latency engineering and quant infrastructure. You will build and own the trading engine that directly drives performance, where speed, determinism, and reliability translate into PnL. This is a frontline, revenue-impacting role, not a typical backend position.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary developer for core components of our ultra-low latency trading engines.
• Build and continuously improve a framework to facilitate algo development.
• Take accountability for the stability, scalability, and performance of our trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C++17 and above, familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
• Systems development experience from financial institutions, ideally buy-side/trading firms
• Familiar with the Linux environment, multithreading, TCP, UDP communication
• Experience in trading systems, backtesting development
• Programming contest (e.g. ACM/ICPC, NOI, etc.) experience is a plus
