Key Responsibilities:

• Propose and delivere on project ideas to improve overall trading profitability.
• Analyze market data and optimize trading algorithms.
• Collaborate with research and technology teams to enhance trading models.
• Utilize Python frameworks to develop, execute, and backtest new trading ideas on a daily basis.
• Personally drive the growth of the firm by presenting on corporate action case studies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field from top universities.
• Proven experience in quantitative trading or algorithmic trading.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial instruments and markets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
