• Plan and conduct onboarding, technical training, and continuous learning sessions.
• Ensure all workforce competencies meet strict manufacturing and regulatory quality standards.
• Foster a skilled and efficient team through structured coaching and assessments

knowledge and skills

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Can commence immediate or within short notice period
• Min 5 years of work experience in a medtech / plastics injection molding environment
• Knowledge of quality systems
