- Monday to Friday (7am - 3pm/3pm - 11pm/11pm - 7am)
Work 4 Rest 3 Work 3 Rest 4 (7am - 7pm/7pm - 7am)
Responsibilities
- Report to Quality Engineer (In-Process Quality)
- Supervise and lead team of Line Inspectors
- Assist Engineer to manage Rack Inspections, to ensure OOBA team meet output targets and shipping
- Conduct Pre-Rack and Final Rack Inspection before release to shipping
- Conducting Investigation into Customer Returns
- Report Writing and Submissions
- Assist in NPI activities on quality matters, reporting on potential product quality matters, manage product check list, photo taking of parts and support document submission
- Assist Engineer for NPI product transfer knowledge to Internal QA Teams
- Assist Engineer in Audits
- Participate In work Improvement Team
Requirements
. NITEC / A / O level/ Diploma with min. 2 years of relevant working experience in the quality/manufacturing sector
. Ability to work with Peers and Superiors (at times with customers & HQ / factory)
. Able to multi-task & work under pressure
. Knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications and computer literacy
. Must be able to support overtime as and when needed
