Job Title: Quality Technician (Day shift)
Location: Tuas
Department: Alkaline Value Stream
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of daily quality issues and deviations on the production floor
- Investigate process and material problems to prevent recurring issues
- Track, review, and report daily production scrap data
- Maintain accurate documentation, including updating specifications and procedures
- Assist in trials, improvement projects, and audits by collecting relevant data and samples
- Train new operators on quality procedures (on-the-job training)
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred fresh graduates welcome
- Competencies: Problem-solving ability, basic troubleshooting skills, clear communication
Working Conditions
- 12-hour shifts occasional night shifts as required
- Choose your work days: 5- or 6-day week
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
What We Offer
- Max gross earnings with OT: Up to $3,500+ per month (depending on experience and commitment)
- Basic salary: $2,500 - $2,600
- Daily shift allowance: $10 - $20
