Job Description
- Execute validation test plans on SSD devices across various PC systems and configurations
- Document and track test results to support debugging and software/firmware improvements
- Analyze test results to verify functionality and recommend improvements to test coverage
- Perform failure analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SSD-related issues
- Provide system-level and SSD analysis support for customer-reported issues
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in SSD testing or storage device validation preferred
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
