V-Flow Technologies (VFT) is reinventing energy storage with Vanadium redox flow technology, with a vision to develop the cheapest and most scalable Vanadium redox flow batteries in the world. VFT storage solution has an expected life span of 25 years and is proven to be one of the safest and most environmentally friendly battery technologies. VFT founders have deep experience in the renewable space, and Vanadium redox flow technology. VFT is a spin-off of the CleanTech lab of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and benefits from unique IP arising from many years of intensive research at NTU.

At this critical juncture of our growth, we are looking for a diligent and experienced Quality Manager to lead the growing robust team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Quality management system
• Establish Quality manual and build Quality culture in company
• Establish and ensure incoming material, in process and outgoing quality standards
• Responsible for setup and implement required systems (Change management, Engineering notice etc)
• Certification for Factory and Product
• Responsible for setup and achieve the required certifications for Factory and Product
• Responsible for service, warranty standards for product
• Supplier management
• Ensure Quality from suppliers through audits
• Develop suppliers for competitive advantages to company products
• Coach and develop organization with Quality mindset

Requirements

Must have(s):

• Minimum degree, preferably in
• Minimum of 15 years of Quality experience
• Experience in supplier management, Quality deployment, service for customer and consumer
• Sound knowledge in Quality management system ISO9000, ISO14000, TS 16949, OSHSA 18000, TS16949, QS9000, TL9000.
• Experience in Customer service development program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Meticulous and Detailed
• Excellent time management skills with proven record of meeting deadlines
• People oriented
• Independent team player with ability to multi-task
