Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead implementation of ISO 9001

2. Develop /maintain quality procedures, work instructions, inspection standards, and control plans.

3. Drive PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Gauge R&R for molding processes.

4. Lead internal and supplier audits.

5. Train and manage inspectors and engineers for:

• Set up visual standards, defect catalog, and sampling plan (AQL).

• Lead 8D / 5-Why root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Communicate with customers for quality issues, audits, PPAP submissions.

• Collaboration with functional teams on continuous improvement program

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Precision Engineering or equivalent. Preferably with experience in automotive, medical, or precision molding

• Possess at least 5-10 years of QA experience in precision engineering environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

• Proficient in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC, DOE.

• Well verse in 2D/3D drawings, GD&T, CMM, CT scanning measurement.

• Exceptional organisational and analytical skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and adept at managing ambiguity.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and influence stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making.

• Good Knowledge of plastic part defect (injecton molding)
