Responsibilities
- Lead the full design and implementation of an integrated ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 26262 management system, including defining organizational scope, mapping end-to-end processes, developing controlled procedures, and establishing measurable quality and safety objectives
- Serve as the Management Representative for ISO certification audits.
- Develop and maintain core QMS processes: document control, change management, risk management, internal audit and management review.
- Establish supplier quality requirements, quality agreements, and OSAT performance metrics.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions (8D, CAR management).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee customer complaint management, field quality, and product traceability.
- Train employees on QMS requirements, procedures, and compliance expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical preferred)
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards, quality tools and OSAT processes.
- Agile in crisis management
