The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role
• Office Location: Central with Islandwide Pick Up
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $5000 - $7500 Basic + AWS + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors & Chips Manufacturer

The Job:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits, including audit preparation, execution, and closure of findings.
• Manage CAPA activities, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support document control, engineering change management, calibration, and compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Conduct supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Provide quality training and guidance to strengthen QMS awareness and compliance.

The Talent

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or relevant discipline
• 3 - 5 years working experience in QMS, Supplier Quality and Quality Assurance
• ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 experiences
• Knowledge to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 is advantageous
