Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and related procedures in line with contractual requirements.
- Establish and enforce QA/QC requirements in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Prepare quality risk matrices and criticality ratings for site systems, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct site quality induction and awareness training for IPMT, EPC, and subcontractor construction teams.
- Ensure vendors compliance with project-specific QA/QC requirements.
- Perform quality audits on engineering deliverables produced by subcontractors.
- Conduct quality audits across EPC phases and associated subcontractor activities.
- Manage QA/QC documentation, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and lessons learned.
- Monitor and verify third-party certification of lifting devices, relief valves, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
- Lead and manage QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation).
- Oversee the preparation, review, and compilation of Manufacturer Data Books (MDBs) covering engineering, subcontracting, vendors, construction, and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering related discipline
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects, maintaining high level of Quality in accordance to company's standards
- Quality-related Certifications will be desirable
- Candidates who have completed full lifecycle of a mega-scale project will be preferred
