Your new role
- You'll oversee and enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, API Q1, and other international standards across multiple facilities and joint ventures.
- You'll lead internal and external audits, manage non-conformances and CAPAs, and ensure systematic documentation and follow-up.
- You'll supervise daily QA/QC activities, support supplier evaluations and audits, and provide training on QMS, HSE, and certification programs.
- You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, risk assessments, and technical reviews of machining, welding, and NDT processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have 10-12 years of experience in quality management within the oil & gas or heavy engineering sector.
- You'll be well-versed in international standards such as API Spec 7-1, 7-2, 5CT, 6A, 17D, and experienced in root cause analysis, supplier quality development, and risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership, audit management, and technical documentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in quality tools like FMEA, Fishbone, and HAZOP (preferred but not mandatory).
