Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support quality management and patient safety initiatives across the organisation
  • Manage incidents, customer feedback, and complaints, and follow up on corrective actions
  • Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports for management review
  • Identify risks and support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with departments to improve healthcare processes and service standards
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and certification standards
  • Assist in development, implementation, and review of policies and procedures
  • Maintain proper documentation and serve as document controller for organisational records
  • Track and manage external correspondences and regulatory submissions
  • Support audits, training activities, and risk management initiatives
  • Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality management
  • Knowledge in quality assurance, quality improvement, patient safety, or data protection
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
