Job Responsibilities:
- Support quality management and patient safety initiatives across the organisation
- Manage incidents, customer feedback, and complaints, and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports for management review
- Identify risks and support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with departments to improve healthcare processes and service standards
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and certification standards
- Assist in development, implementation, and review of policies and procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and serve as document controller for organisational records
- Track and manage external correspondences and regulatory submissions
- Support audits, training activities, and risk management initiatives
- Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality management
- Knowledge in quality assurance, quality improvement, patient safety, or data protection
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
