A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Quality Management Executive to support and drive quality improvement initiatives, patient safety standards, and regulatory compliance across its operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage incidents, customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures
Identify and assess risks to patient safety and quality of care
Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance clinical quality and patient safety outcomes
Monitor, analyse and evaluate data to assess effectiveness of quality programmes and initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to achieve and maintain certifications
Support implementation of healthcare regulatory requirements, including data protection and health information policies
Work with cross-functional teams to review and improve healthcare processes, workflows and procedures
Track and maintain quality indicators (productivity, customer satisfaction, incidents, feedback) and prepare management reports
Maintain document control and oversee organisation-wide documentation inventory
Manage and track external correspondences with regulatory bodies
Job Requirements:
Min.Diploma in any discipline
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in quality management, preferably within the healthcare sector
Experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, patient safety, and/or personal data protection
Sound knowledge of statutory regulations and healthcare-related guidelines across all areas of healthcare operations
Exposure to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) will be advantageous
