Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Quality Inspector to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east.
The Quality Inspector's responsible is:
- Perform dimensional and functional inspections (FA, incoming, in-process, outgoing) using CMM and other tools to ensure compliance with specifications
- Ensure all inspection equipment meets calibration and preventive maintenance requirements
- Record and maintain inspection and quality data in line with documentation standards
- Raise non-conformance reports and ensure proper segregation of rejected parts
- Maintain product identification, status, and traceability throughout production
- Support calibration activities, including coordination with vendors and status tracking/reporting
- Assist in monitoring preventive maintenance and preparing monthly reports
- Escalate non-compliance issues related to equipment or tools
- Maintain a clean and compliant manufacturing environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S, yield improvement)
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years of QC inspection experience in manufacturing industry
- Min ITE and above
