Quality Inspector (CMM)

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Quality Inspector to be part of their Quality team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east.

The Quality Inspector's responsible is:

• Perform dimensional and functional inspections (FA, incoming, in-process, outgoing) using CMM and other tools to ensure compliance with specifications
• Ensure all inspection equipment meets calibration and preventive maintenance requirements
• Record and maintain inspection and quality data in line with documentation standards
• Raise non-conformance reports and ensure proper segregation of rejected parts
• Maintain product identification, status, and traceability throughout production
• Support calibration activities, including coordination with vendors and status tracking/reporting
• Assist in monitoring preventive maintenance and preparing monthly reports
• Escalate non-compliance issues related to equipment or tools
• Maintain a clean and compliant manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S, yield improvement)

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of QC inspection experience in manufacturing industry
• Min ITE and above
