Your Job
We are looking for an Inspector (Assembly) to ensure our products meet Molex's quality standards through accurate inspection of assemblies, components, and materials. In this role, you will perform inprocess and final inspections, verify workmanship and functional requirements, and support quality control activities that enable smooth and reliable production operations.
Our Team
You will be part of the DSS division, working closely with design engineers, production teams, process engineers, and quality personnel (MQA/AQP/Sourcing). Together, the team supports robust quality compliance and continuous improvement within our Singapore operations.
What You Will Do
- Perform inprocess (IPQC) and final inspections (FGA) according to inspection plans and work instructions.
- Inspect workmanship, cosmetic, dimensional, and functional characteristics of assemblies and subassemblies.
- Verify correct usage of materials, components, labels, and packaging during assembly.
- Operate measuring tools such as OGP/View, vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and go/nogo gauges.
- Follow proper handling, care, and calibration procedures for inspection equipment.
- Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming products; raise ITRs per procedures.
- Record results accurately in checklists and EQC systems to ensure full audit traceability.
- Support MRB activities with inspection data and findings.
- Provide feedback on recurring defects and participate in containment, sorting, and reinspection activities.
- Support quality and 5S/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- SPC training and/or Operators Certification Programs.
- 3 years of related experience in the electronics industry.
- Knowledge of parts inspection.
- Ability to use measurement equipment such as OGP and TM scope.
- QA Inspection experience.

Salary Information
Basic Salary (fixed) : S$950
Transport Allowance (variable) : S$70
Attendance Bonus (variable) : S$50
Contract Terms
- Nature of work: Permanent job, shift rotation is required.
- Working days per week : 5 Days
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must strictly follow the 3 work rules stated below:
- Cannot work more than 12 hrs per day
- Cannot work more than 60 hrs per week
- Cannot work more than 6 days continuously

A work week is defined from Monday to Sunday where Saturday is considered as off day and Sunday is rest day. For all working shifts except for 3T2S shift, Sunday shall be a rest day and all other non-working days shall be off days. For 3T2S shift, rest day and off days are as per working schedule.9. - PH & Rest day Overtime calculation = ((Basic Salary x 12 months) / 2210 hours) X OT hours X 2.0

The employee can return to their home country during approved vacation leave, going on holiday or in emergency situations, without penalty, wage withholding, job loss or other such measures.
- The employee will be provided with uniforms where required.
- The employee will be covered under the Company's insurance plan.
