QUALITY INPECTOR (CMM)

Job Responsibility

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections prior to delivery
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments, including CMM, Smart Scope
• Perform hands-on inspection of parts, with focus on critical dimensions
• Verify material mill certificates against specifications and purchase requirements
• Ensure material traceability and proper documentation
• Prepare and maintain inspection records and QC reports
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Work closely with production and QC teams to support continuous quality improvement
• Maintain proper documentation for inspection and quality control processes
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CMM is mandatory
• Ability to perform dimensional and visual inspections
• Able to read and verify material mill certificates (MTC/COC)
• Understanding of technical drawings and material specifications
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach
• Able to maintain accurate records
